This year, Exigy’s annual Kick-Off was all about one thing: BOOST. Set against the serene backdrop of Giardini Lambrosa in Rabat, the event was a day dedicated to energizing our team of Inspired Minds in preparation for another year of challenges and interesting projects.
With a dynamic agenda and a great lineup of speakers, the day was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together with focus and determination. Here’s how we boosted our way through the day!
Setting the Stage.
The day began with Francois, our Director, who set the tone with a deep dive into the Business Plan.
The talk focused on our successes over the past year, as well as his vision for the year ahead. 2024 was certainly a great year for our Inspired Minds, and the coming year looks to be just as exciting!
Next, Francois returned to the stage for Shaping the Future, a session that sparked conversations about innovation, growth, and the exciting opportunities on the horizon. It was fascinating to discover more about the upcoming milestones of the company, and what lies ahead.
Unlocking Our Potential.
For the next segment, Trevor, our Chief People Officer, took the reins for Unlocking Our Potential: Productivity. This interesting segment focused on tips and tricks of how each and everyone member of our team can work better together and ensure that our delivery is the very best that it can be.
With a strong focus on procedures, tools and best practices, this session was a fantastic opportunity for our team to continue seeking new ways to manage our tasks and utilise some helpful methods for retaining focus.
Achieving Liftoff.
It was then up to Robert, our Solution Manager, who us to Achieving Liftoff: Empowering Project & Dev Ops. This session was a masterclass in collaboration and efficiency, reminding us of the power of seamless teamwork in driving projects forward.
Taking centre stage was the topic of Hybrid Agile, the standard by which we operate our processes to ensure a level of delivery that also keeps the customer at the heart of what we do. The insights were both technical and inspiring, leaving the team ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Embracing AI.
Francois returned to the stage for Embracing AI in the Day-to-Day, a topic that’s more relevant than ever. The session explored how AI can enhance our workflows, sparking ideas on how to integrate it thoughtfully into our daily routines. This was followed by several practical examples and demonstrations of how to use AI tools efficiently and ethically.
It was a glimpse into the future—one where technology and creativity go hand in hand.
Enhancing Our Quality.
Adrian, our Chief Projects Officer, closed out the morning with Enhancing Our Quality.
This session was a powerful reminder of the importance of excellence in everything we do. The team left with a renewed commitment to delivering top-tier results, every single time.
