Achieving Excellence through Business Process Automation

Last week, the team hosted a highly-anticipated event in collaboration with partners Nintex and EY Malta regarding the fascinating topic of business process automation.

Titled ‘Achieving Excellence through Business Process Automation’, attendees explored the power of BPA, and how it can help to supercharge their business productivity and achieve their business goals faster. 

Held at the elegant Westin Dragonara Resort in St Julian’s, the event saw several business leaders from multiple industries involved with this topic. Our CEO, Francois, started things off by introducing the topic and the speakers. 

A Framework for Automation Enablement.

Shortly afterwards, EY Malta Director, Michael Azzopardi, discussed the topic of automation enablement.

This engaging segment showcased the current trends in automation technology while highlighting the benefits of fostering a holistic approach to transformation.

Achieve Process Excellence with the Nintex Platform

This segment was followed by a topic by Strategic Partner Manager at Nintex, James Fowell. It was great to see James introduce Nintex as an industry-leading automation platform to the audience. He managed to summarize Nintex’s business benefits in 4 key points.

• Fast – implement in days to weeks, built for constant change
• Scalable – easy-to-update, flexible app implementation and identifiable ROI

James outlined the platform’s ability to simplify processes across departments. Human Resources, Finance, Legal, IT, Sales and Marketing were all shown to have their departmental use cases for the platform.

A Hands-On Demonstration of BPA Technology.

The final segment was led by Exigy’s Head of Enterprise, Adrian Porter. His section, started by introducing the benefits of ring-fencing the core of your business, to keep your processes intact while allowing automation to streamline operations.

Adrian then provided a practical demonstration of the Nintex platform, displaying the intuitive user interface and the integration with tools such as Microsoft Sharepoint. It was great to see Adrian sharing his expertise while being able to answer practical questions asked by the audience.
