The Microsoft Solution Partner Designations were recently announced by Microsoft as an evolution of the existing Microsoft Solution competencies, focusing on differentiating services solution capabilities to meet customers’ needs.
The new partner designations are based on the partner capability score achieved by an organization. A partner capability score is a composite score that quantifies performance in three categories:
- Performance
- Skilling
- Customer Success
